JoneSolutions provides services to clients all around the world. JoneSolutions has the responsibility to protect each client and provide them with the best services available. The following guidelines were designed to insure these services. The terms of service are applicable to all JoneSolutions.Com Clients.
Content:
All services provided by JoneSolutions may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data, or material in violation of any United States Federal, State, or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, unlicensed software or files, or material protected by trade secrets and other statutes. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless JoneSolutions from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party.
Examples of non-acceptable content or links:
Pirated software
“Illegal MP3s”
Hackers’ programs or archives
Warez Sites
Child Pornography
Illegal Adult Content (Legal Adult Content is allowed)
JoneSolutions will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

Cron Jobs:
JoneSolutions does allow Cron Jobs to be conducted on our servers.
IRC:
JoneSolutions currently does not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers.
Commercial Advertising – Email:
Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited email, from a JoneSolutions server or using an email address that is maintained on a JoneSolutions machine, is STRICTLY prohibited. For general reference, we consider spamming any email that is sent to more than 10 people at a time that did not ask for it to be sent to them.
JoneSolutions will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. Opt-In email is acceptable, as long as Opt-Out/Removal requests are fully honored. Please make an effort to limit outgoing mail on your account to no more than 500 pieces per hour. Large mailings are preferred to be sent from the hours of 12 AM – 8 AM GMT
Backups and Data Loss:
For Shared/Reseller Hosting Clients: Our servers have a remote backup via Acronis. Although we have this backup in place, it is recommended that you also have a personal backup of your files and data in case of a hardware failure of both the server and our backup. JoneSolutions.Com is not responsible for files and data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backups of files and data stored on our servers.
For Dedicated Server Clients: You are responsible for your backup. If you ordered a server with a secondary drive, it will be used for backup but it is also recommended that you get a remote backup in case of a hardware failure. JoneSolutions.Com is not responsible for files and data residing on your server. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backups of files and data stored on your server.
Server Abuse:
Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a JoneSolutions server or customer of JoneSolutions is strictly prohibited. JoneSolutions will pursue legal action to the fullest extent for all abuse of the JoneSolutions Network.
Suspension/De-Activation:
If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed it will result in grounds for account suspension or deactivation. JoneSolutions reserves the right to remove any account without prior notice. If JoneSolutions deactivates your account(s) for violating policy, you will forfeit your rights to a refund…and none will be given. No refunds for advance payments, on deactivated accounts. Normal policy is a warning first, and account deactivation is the second offense. Serious offenses may cause immediate deactivation.
Payment Due Date Policy:
A billing notice is sent to you 7 days prior to your payment due date. Please settle your account/s on or before your due date. There is a 24-hour grace period after the payment due date for you to settle your account/s. After the 24-hour grace period has elapsed and no payment has been received, your account will be suspended.
Cancellation Policy:
We require one week’s advance notice for all service cancellations via email or the help desk. For any cancellation notice, we received less than one week prior to your payment due date, we will still charge your Paypal/credit card or pay the cancellation fee as stated by our billing manager. There will be no refund for all services including licenses once payment has been made unless there is a special arrangement with our billing department. For Shared and Reseller Hosting, no refund will be given to the Client should the Client decide to terminate the service fifteen (15) days after payment.
COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT CLAIM:
Jonesolutions.com respects the intellectual property rights of others. Any claims of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998 will be promptly replied to. You may report an alleged copyright infringement found on or through our website by completing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and sending it to [email protected].
Upon receipt of the notice, Jonesolutions.com, in its sole discretion, will take whatever action it deems necessary including removal of the disputed material or content from its website.
DMCA NOTICE OF ALLEGED INFRINGEMENT
- Provide your name, company affiliation, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- Identify the copyrighted material that you claim has been infringed
- Provide the description of the location where the infringed material you claim is found or the URL link where it is shown
- Include the following statements in the body of the Notice:
That you have good faith belief that the use of the disputed copyright material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law and is not a fair use
That the information you provided, UNDER PENALTY of PERJURY, is accurate and that you are the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner - Provide your electronic or physical signature
